Who was PTI leader Naeemul Haq?
KARACHI: (News) Senior leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Assistant Prime Minister for Political Affairs Naeemul Haq passed away at the age of 70. Let's talk about who Naeemul Haq was.
Naeemul Haq was born in Karachi on July 11, 1949, by profession, was a banker and business personality. The founding members of the PTI were considered. Masters in English Literature from Karachi University.
LLBA from SM Law College, also a part of the National Bank branch team at UN Plaza in New York, moved to London as a Merchant Banker in 1980.
Erosia also served as the Managing Director of the company and the Chairman of Metropolitan Steel. During his stay in London in the '80s, I met Imran Khan, who turned into a deep friendship.
In 1984, he joined the movement of Air Marshal Asghar Khan and returned to Karachi. In 1988, he also contested from Orangi on the ticket of movement.
Founded PTI in 1996 with Imran Khan. After his wife died of cancer in 2008, Naeem-ul-Haq turned his attention to the PTI.
Credit goes to Naeem-ul-Haq for the great rally that took place in Karachi on December 25, 2011, which put the PTI in the forefront of national political parties.
In 2012, Naeemul Haq moved to Islamabad to become the chief of staff of the PTI chairman. He was also part of the party's core committee and information secretary.
In January 2018, Naeem-ul-Haq was diagnosed with a cancer of the blood, during which he continued his role in the general election.
